Cafe Drumsticks started as a humble food truck on the streets of Bhopal — one griddle, a tin of fresh batter, and a simple idea: South Indian food that tastes like it was made at home.

Word spread, the queue grew, and the little truck became a cozy open-air café. The address changed; the recipes, the filter coffee and the warm welcome never did.
